If your wooden furniture has been painted or white washed, it still requires some care.
Many timber furnishings and surfaces have been treated with paints and other dyes, such as a white wash finish. Be careful when applying oils or polishes to these types of timber surfaces as they may change the characteristic, artificial colour and factory finish of the furniture. Instead, a damp clean cloth will do the trick on these surfaces.
